    New lock CVA Kentucky

Got a replacement lock for my CVA Kentucky, from Deer Creek. The old lock fit perfectly the new one not so much. Looks like I have to remove a small amount of wood around the lock mortise. When I put it in, the hammer doesn’t fit down over the nipple.

    Grafs powder

When Goex was unavailable I bought some Grafs 3f. It is apparently made by Wano. It seems to pack a bit more punch and I have found it is much dirtier that Goex. Am I wrong? I used 70 grains 3f in my .50 rifles and 50 grains 3f in my .45 rifles. My poi seems to have shifted. Wondering if I...

As planned, the wife and I stopped in Lodi Ohio on our way to the USSVI (submarine veterans convention) in Cincinnati. Spent about 2.5 hours wandering around and visiting with the good folks there. Really an awesome store, glad we made time on our trip to stop there.

    Deer Creek Products

I've bought from these guys three times. All three have been great transactions. On Monday night I ordered a set of six Piette pistol nipples and a revolver nipple wrench. Great communication plus the items arrived today, Friday. Will continue to support this outfit. Ways, Bob Tannehill
