Tried all of the above. I'm going to try a new sear..it does look like th.e tooth may have chipped slightly. Only thing left in my quiver. I did do a little deepening of the HC notch...seems to hold a little better...more pressure to set off....both with trigger. I'll report back finding...

Take more off i reapplied inletting grease. Detected nothing

I was able to get the lock to hold at half cock when using just a ruler to push on the sear. This is the trigger. Some red grease showing where the sear moves along its path. Do I need to take more off of the trigger?...or do I have too much off of the trigger (thereby needing a new trigger)...

I finally got a 360 contact and the tang is air tight up against the barrell. Final question…5-6 remaining threads OK?

Is it a matter of filing the high (touching) points of the plug face perimeter.

Any advice for getting transfer 360 or is it not necessary.

I don’t see how you can get 360dg contact with shoulder since the threads are helix. Is 360 expected??

Gap fixed. I even have contact to the shoulder( almost 360 but for a small area where the thread starts). I had to do a mix of filing the back of the barrel and plug face…wasn’t much but I think I got it. Thanks for all the advice on the matter
