Thanks for the info! I've been to their site and seen what they can do with a british enfield, i'm interested in what they do to the 1861 springfield. They mention a little but they're aren't any good pictures or a really good description.

New to the forum and have a question about repro 1861 springfields. Does anybody have any info on the lodgewood Mfg Defarbed 1861 Springfield by Euroarms? I'd like to know what they do to it and if its a good lookin' item when they're done. Anybody have any pictures of a defarbed one?
