I'm not sure it was the same company but I saw a site doing that altho they said ArmiSports were more easily done. First they take off all the bluing. Then they remove all the Italian markings and proofs. Then add the original British markings and proofs. Depending how much you wanna spend they can (on Armisports, not Euroarms)add an original 1862 dated Tower lock. They also stamp the ramrod with original makers marks. They look like brand new 62 Enfields when they get done. Course by the time you buy an Enfield and have all this done you could just about buy an original Enfield. My problem with it is it would be too easy to age one of these and pass it off as an original. Somebody that's not real familiar with the originals couldn't tell the difference till it was too late.
