I like the investarms rifles we have both shoot well and aside from nitpicking some finish issues well worth the money.

Investarms percussion lock.

Mine weighs 9.7# which is 6 ounces heavier than the 50 they make. Same size barrel and components just a smaller bore so of course it's heavier.

Weight and the woods not walnut on the Santa Fe but it looks ok.I have a older Investarms cabella's model in 50 and that has nice walnut.

I nave a cabella's hawken in 50 and a Santa Fe hawken in 36 by Investarms and both shoot great. I did replace the nipples but that's it.

Ouch...........that's gonna put a stutter in your step my guess. I am still gonna keep carrying a spare on my belt in a triple k pouch until a years up and see if it still shoots ok.

I am merely reporting my results they work. Do they hit slightly different poa........do not and would not care its a in close piece. If it hits 3" left of center mass at 25 feet or centers it the end results the same.

I have four pietta 1858's and each one has a spare of its own. All cylinders work on all the frames with zero issues.
