    Just about fed up…

I would make sure the t-shirt you are using for patch material is 100% cotton…very few are these days. If it has any polyester or other synthetic material, I would guess that you have melted plastic fouling that is falling back into your barrel when loading and plugging up the plumbing.

Investarms Santa Fe .36 Range Update!

Would like to see an update on this rifle. How did you do with it during hunting season. I am thinking about pulling the trigger on the kit version of this for a winter project….though I don’t really know why; I have 3 muzzleloaders hanging on the wall that I have not fired YET. The honey do...

    Colorado Muzzleloader Projectile Conundrum

Curious if anyone has ever tried a patched conical. I’m thinking of trying a soft cast 240 gr 44 caliber Keith style bullet that I load for unmentionable revolver light loads. Kinda curious to see how it would do in my hawken 45 with a lubed patch. Possibly a fiber wad underneath. Thoughts????

    Misinformation on GB

The ones that chap my butt are the ones charging $60 shipping. Don’t know why they can’t be honest and just add $40 to their minimum price. I know for a fact that you can ship pretty much any long gun anywhere in the lower 48 for $25 or less. Exception would be an extremely long barrel.

15 days until Kansas Whitetail ML season!

I have always felt like processing the meat was part of the fun of a successful hunt. Have never taken an animal to a locker including beef, hogs, goats, lambs, or wild game. I enjoy The butchering process and making sausages, snack sticks, jerky, steaks, burger, etc. if I do it myself I know I...
