I may be acquiring a factory made T/C renegade in .54 caliber. I have a .54 smoothbore and have all the 'stuff' for a .54. I even have the T/C hollow point maxi hunter mould in .54 that was given to me years ago. If I get this gun, I would like to get a cylinder bore 12 gauge barrel for the gun. A company or two made them years ago in the 70's and 80's. Does anyone still make them ??
It would be nice to have a matching 12 gauge barrel to make the gun real versatile.

Toledo Arms made the 12 ga "drop in" barrels for TC products. I have only seen choked versions.

Don't know of anybody else who made a 12 ga.

you definately see more 62 cal smoothbores you may have to look at a custom barrel maker I have seen a couple of toledo barrels on auctions but they are as expensive as a custom barrel but are probably not as of good quality. I think they were chrome lined according to an auction I remember.

Doesn't a gentleman by the name of Ed Rayl (think that is right) rebore TC barrels? I believe one of the other forum members has a barrel or two from him. Wouldn't think it would be to hard to re-bore an old barrel of any caliber to a 12 gauge smooth bore. Then again I could be wrong.
