Building a Vincent half stock and was planning on a
13/16"x>32 cal.I wonder why it's not made in 36"length.They haveit in 40cal.but to get a .32cal.
you have to go to 7/8".Geese
Anyway anyone knows of a source for a 13/16x .30x36"

They have it in 42" but I really don't feel like
sawing it off and recrowning.
 
We stock 13/16x32x36" straight octagon from LongHmmack. He will also make special calibers, lengths, and twists. His name is Riley and number is 352-748-7373.

Track of the Wolf, Inc. has 13/16 x 36" in 32 caliber. ( Green Mountain barrel )
 
fwiw, i have a 36" long hammock in .36 cal. the internal fiish is really nice (such that i don't plan to bother lapping it)...

Green Mountain has discontinued this barrel in 36"
but still carry it in 42".Go figger. Ron

Have you seen this site? They offer the GM barrel in 42" but it says they will cut it to your lenghth w/out charge.

I was looking at that site a little more closely. I'm not sure if the prices/inventory are up to date. The barrels looked be be a little under priced as well as the flints. They don't have an email address too. Only a land line phone number. :hmm:
 
You will probably need to call. Vernon is in the process of selling his business and retiring.
