I’ve had half a dozen or so and they were all beautiful. I gave away one or two, sold one or two, and kept two for a two-gun display case. I like shooting but it’s been awhile. (So many guns - so little time…)

It's not as critical on the little pistols, it sure as heck will beat up a big horse pistol. I correct them all large or small.

Yeah, I don't see it hurting a .31. Maybe for a .36 if you're gonna use stout loads.

For certain though it can be annoying. Picked up an almost new Uberti Pocket Navy cheap. Was headed to the range when it got in, so I figured I'd shoot before doing any work on it.

If the wedge was in tight enough to not fall out, it would lock up the gun. No wiggle room, either locked up or falling out. Easy enough fix later, but still annoying.

Wish they'd just fix the issue at the factory. My original Colt pocket has an arbor the correct length.

That's been my experience as well, Antiques have the right setup, Uberti's do not. I doubt they will ever fix it.
