7like I said im new to black powder and im only going on what the black powder boys in my club have said and advised :)
I did question the graphite and the fact I have never had to deep clean the bore on my 10/22 other than just a pull through! as they are lead with no copper jackets, when I said this to some of them I got they are not the same and the black powder is so much dirtier and corrosive and any extra lubrication is a good thing.
So iv humoured them and coated 24 balls and left the rest bare :) it was a messy job and not one I plan on doing regularly lol
I am going to try some with and some without once I sort the loads out and then I can say that's rubbish or that helped lol
