Personally I’d not jump into another guys thread and buy a gun out from under him. Or at least give him the opportunity to respond. Just seems like bad form but that’s just me.
I totally agree.
If someone makes a classified ad that says he wants something and someone else offers him whatever it is the OP wanted, it is very rude for someone else to jump into the discussion and buy it before the OP has a chance to decide he doesn't want it.

If the OP says he's not interested, then other people can send the person who offered it his desire to buy it but, this should be done privately using a Conversation, not publicly in the OP's post.

Now, lets get back to uilim's post and help him find what he wants.
 
"Wanted" adds should never be (and should not be able to be) replied to on open-forum, Should be posted and locked so folks "message" the seeking party....With editing privilege's granted to the OP only.
