Track lists a .580 chock barrel for turkeys here. I would think thats about as full a choke your gonna get without going to screw in chokes??

If it mike's .580, it's gotta be something other than a .20 gauge. That would be too extreme for even a super full choke. I'm guessing you have a 24 guage with little or no choke. In a black powder gun I prefer no choke. Read easier to load. Your range is generally 25 yards or less, and all that is needed is to work up a load in whatever shot size you are using. You can compensate for spred with more shot to fill the pattern. Did I mention a heck of a lot easier to load. You just have to work with the gun's and your limitations, and you'll put meat on the table.

Bill

I started with nothing, and still have most of it left!

I have a set of 20ga barrels for my double, and the full turkey choked barrel mikes out .586 and it's difficult to load as Bill of the 45th points out. I use felt WonderWads over the powder and shot. And I don't like it too much.

I had Ed Rayle make me a set of 16ga barrels with the RIGHT barrel choked ten thousandth and the left barrel cyl bore. I get a better turkey killing pattern out of the light choked 16ga than I possibly can out of the heavy choked 20ga barrels. But I'm not a shotgun shooter....somebody who knew what they were doing may be able to work up a turkey pattern with the 20ga. I just can't.

Would a 20 guage barrel that mikes out .580 be a full choke?

If it's a 20ga. (.62cal.) and mic's .580" (28ga.) at the bore it's a full choke at least.
Like someone posted Colerain makes a turkey barrel just like that. I've got one I'm using on a build now. The guy at Colerain who made the barrel for me said people are killing turkeys out to 45yds. with it.
