Got this little fellar, this year. Little odd ball fork horn made me work for it. He would lay down and just about the time I thought he was done, he'd jump up and take off again. He did that 4 times on me. It started out so easy, too, right next to the road, ended up 250 yards away , and had to drag through a deep creek . Mud all over me. My deaf buddy threw mw a line and I wasn't ready, he dragged me head first into the mud. I won't forget this little *&$%#^ .
I used my .54 GreyHawk PRBw/ 80gr Triple7 . He was 50 yards over my right shoulder.

And I let this old girl go on her merry way.
I wanted to flintlock a cat, but the one I got close enough to was a breeding female, not illigal to shoot but It diden't feel right so after I spooked her into a tree I got some great shots of her.

roundball,
That's a neat pic. The way the sun is shinin' just kinda makes everything glow... Makes me want to go sit in the woods.

She sure don't look like she's in the mood to breed to me!!!

:rotf: :rotf:
actually she was really docile at first.

I had to throw a snow ball at her to piss her off and give me the kitty teeth.
After she came out on to the branch and snarled I took the picture and figured it was a good time to boogie.

Hi Headhunter,

congrats to you and your nice sons. What is that for a pretty handy rifle your son on the right side is holding?

As great as those pictures are, by far the greatest thing is your "ATTITUDE". Call yourself sportsman, hunter, or what ever. By example, you are an asset to all who venture afield.. :applause: :hatsoff:

Thats is a fine attitude you have Greenmountainboy  and great photographs. How dangerous are those cats to humans? In OZ we don't really have any predators(except big crocs up north-we call them "salty's"- that like to eat German tourists-sorry kirrmeister :( )--cheers Zodd
