pics would still be warranted. don`t know about anyone else, but i love seeing your work

Same here. I wanna see pictures. And if Wulf doesn't show us any, well, I may be inclined to accuse him of being related to my ex... And I would rather not insult anyone like that! :)

Sending pictures will be a task...I think I still
have an account with photobucket...I will have to
review the steps. Hope your not going to wait too
long. BTW. I use a 22 loading/cleaning rod. That
would work in a rifle or pistol...no problem there.
finding the right powder combo is a bigger problem.
When I use benjaman air pellets, over three grains
will blow the front out. Round ball no larger than
.020. Some one want to post the pics for me? I
will send to you and you can post them........

J.R. Salvo made a couple of those .22 rifles. Kid's guns he called them. Salvo died a few years back so there aren't any more.

He claimed he could shoot them with just the percussion cap. Used lead air rifle bullets. That's all I can remember. They were cute.

I'll bet they are a bear to clean.

I was just picking on you and would never accuse you of being related to my ex. You NEVER have to worry about that! I'm horrible at posting pictures, but will try if you want. Just add "@yahoo.com" after my screen name here and you have my email.

Here are Wulf's creations!

I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I like em! Must be nice to have talent like this.

Wulf,
I apologize for my "threat", but had to try and get us all some eye candy. :hatsoff:

Salvo died of pneumonia Jan. 22, 2010 in Georgetown, Ohio. The .20 cal gun mentioned in this thread was ash stocked iron mounted .20 cal smooth rifle with all the parts made by Salvo himself, lock, fittings & barrel. He called this gun the "Ultimate Squirrel Gun". He shot it indoors with a couple grains of 3F because he lived in town where shooting was prohibited.

I like them all. wulf, your work inspires. I have seen some of your locks, even found one on an artsy type blog as a featured work. can`t remember the name of the blog either.
it`s making me want to get the parts and pieces I have collected over the last few years and do something with them. I think I will

By all means do it. Nobody is born knowing how to
build this stuff....it is learned one gun at a time
and it depends on how good a teacher you are. I won
a turkey with the first Kentucky I built and it
wasn't that pretty...but did that ever get me
started....I always had to do better. So can you.
Thanks for the good words.......Wulf
