The 2Fg powder will produce a little less velocity but without a precision method of checking velocities, you'll never notice it.
It will make a bit more fouling in the chambers and bore than 3Fg or Pyrodex would but here again, you probably won't really notice it.
As for cleaning, I've found that both Pyrodex and black powder are about the same. That is, they both are water soluble and easily washed away with a bit of soapy water.
About the only real difference when cleaning Pyrodex is a little bit more care should be given to make sure all traces of the powder residue is washed away.
Some say Pyrodex fouling is more corrosive but I've shot Pyrodex for years and always promptly cleaned my guns as soon as possible and I've never seen a trace of corrosion "frosting", rusting or pitting in my guns barrels.
I should add, I always apply a good rust protection like Birchwood Casey Barricade© .
