40 Cal.
An interesting small-caliber "Golden Age"-ish era Lancaster-style flintlock built by C.D. "Buck" Rinker in WV. The heart is a 34" swamped "A" profile barrel in .40 caliber with a coned muzzle, with a Siler lock and double-set triggers. LOP is 13.5" to the front trigger. The length and weight make it relatively short/small compared to your typical flintlock. This makes it quite handy in thick woods, and would be especially good for shorter shooters. Incised carving, mostly around the wrist and cheek piece. Scroll engraving on all brass hardware.
I'm only selling, because I have another .40 and want to fund a different gun.
At this time, I'm only looking to sell locally in the Maryland/Virginia area. I really don't feel like dealing with shipping. I'm in the Severn/Ft. Meade area of Maryland, south of Baltimore. I'm also heading down to Williamsburg in late July and can arrange to meet along the I-95 corridor between the 28th and 31st of July (I'll be working, so timing will be important).
$1200.
