Any .410 muzzleloader shooters out there?.....Besides me... :hmm:

The smallest smooth bore that I have, that is in shooting shape is a 9mm at this time.

I do have an old Dixie kit from the 60’s? that is a .425? bore I think, still just parts.
I dig it out now and again and think it might be fun to assemble it, than I put it back.

I also have a half octagon half round .410 barrel, flint breach plug and a Becky flintlock
It was planned on being a kid’s gun, 18 in barrel. Nice piece of wood for it.
Was going to post a picture of it but I had a lot of help moving stuff this summer.
It may not still be on this planet. If and when I run across it I may post a picture of it.

Also in my parts a nice 100 gage barrel just waiting its turn.

So CC can we see a picture of yours? Maybe a little more information too

“Your 9mm smoothbore sounds interesting.... ”

That is a very nice way of saying it.

Its and old made in Spain two piece full stock marked PIC Kentucky Rifle (NORICA)
A steel ramrod that the end is too big to fit in the barrel.

It works well enough and right now it’s back to being the only small smooth bore I have again.
It’s about right for our Eurasian Collared-Dove that have moved in
My next smallest is a 28 gage, that is too much gun for where I would be shooting.

I do need to put another one together but not this year. :(

“.A .36 cal shotgun/smoothbore...That would make a nice barn gun.”

“I might be the only guy to get excited by those words.....Where others see junk I see nostalgia.”

You should stop by and dig in my ”¦”¦”¦”¦ nostalgia.
I think we would get along fine”¦”¦”¦. Till you find something you want.

Britsmoothie loves to hunt with a .45 smoothie, we talked a little while back when I was going to get one made. But I found a 12gauge trade gun at the right price hahah. Saying all this though I would still love to have one, or something like a .36 smoothie that would be a fun gun

which is .375. and that is bigger than a 38 which
