Where are you located?
West Michigan. I recently sold a couple rifles that shipped to Utah and they were around $20 with insurance UPS ground, 3 day select was $30
I use an app called pirate ship.
The target shot was 25 yards offhand, 30 gr of goex with a dry .018 patch with simple green and a .440 ball.
