Thanks, interesting results. It reinforces my unscientific assumptions as to why I like Swiss powder.
Indeed, Swiss is great powder. I only stopped using it due to the escalating cost. For anything I do the Schuetzen or goex is just fine. Also, I never achieved any measurable improvement in accuracy with it but OTOH others have found it to be superior in accuracy.
 
Here are some velocity averages from my .45 T/C Hawken using a .445" RB and Eastern Maine shooting supplies pillow ticking patches:

Swiss 2F 75gr. = 1794 fps
Old Eynsford 2F 75gr. = 1806 fps
Goex 3F 80gr. = 1730 fps
a duplex load of 40gr. Swiss 2F + 40gr. Goex 2F = 1760 fps
Goex 2F 80gr. = 1585 fps
