45 caliber Thompson purchased in 73 or 76 cant rember. I supplied kit and a gentleman in Vegas did the assembly. A verry clean bore barrel was cold blued still looks good. It probably has only 200 rounds through it .the scope was added about a year or two ago.it is a Malcolm 6 power copy. It shoots great .but it does add to the cost.scope was 500.00 .weight is 10 lbs I would like to get 650.00 you pay shipping.

No you can clean it with scope in place.or remove the scope in less than a minute,installs in same way and zeros right back

The front scope is nothing more than a round circle with a flat spring pushing up on the bottom of the scope.the rear if you look at the picture the left nob unscrews the pin and threaded adjuster come out lift up a small amount pull backwards scope is in your hand.it is marked on the side like a ladder sight so you can see it is back where it was.

Hi Lux it is a copy of the original malcom. The brass caps screw in and the front piece from the brass tube forward screws inso you can extend it for longer barrels.
