I`m getting alot of info here and am glad I found this site..Kind of makes me feel at home..
 
Here's the results of my 28 bore Jackie Brown canoe gun with 60gr 3f and 1oz mixed size shot.

I got him on the run, in a thicket at about 15 feet. :grin:

I`ve been in and out of black powder rifles for a few years..This time the bug has bit me hard and I find I really enjoy shooting black powder rifles more than ever..I was heavy into traditional archery and went stump shooting alot,walking the woods and shooting leaves ,stumps at different distances..Now I go stumping with my muzzleloader..I think the smooth bore will be a new challenge for tree rats and other small game..I`m really hooked this time around
