Are you looking for a deep cone? Or just want to knock off the inside edge of the bore? For just giving a small cone to the muzzle any 60 degree hand reamer will work fine. Round grinding stones work also.

to be honest I'm not really sure what the difference is, I wanted to be able to start the ball without a ball starter would a reamer be adequate for this?
