For sale: One 54 caliber TVM Early Virginia Rifle. (I am not the original owner of this rifle). This iron mounted rifle features a sliding patch box, L&R round-faced lock, a Long Hammock octagonal to round barrel, and sling holes for sling swivels (appears that the actual swivels were never fitted) and stocked in nice walnut. The lock is lightning fast, medium trigger pull that is smooth and consistent, very bright bore on the barrel. This rifle is a very handy length: 47 inches over all, Barrel Length is inches, and the LOP is 14 inches. This rifle comes with a shooting bag made by Nate Moore from 357 Leathers, a Lyman .526 round ball mold, an original priming horn, and a spare frizzen, and a very neat turned vent pick and nicely scrimshawed pick holder that is sewn to the leather bag strap. I am asking $1500 (OBO) for the lot. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you for looking.
