I'm no math major but I think your answers have the zero in the wrong place. .025? Less than 1/32 of an inch (.031)? (Did you mean .25 (quarter inch)? Lots of safe barrels out there being shot with around .20 inch barrel wall thickness - a .45 in 13/16 barrel has .18 wall thickness.I don’t think that you’ll find a 15/16 in .58. Not enough meat on the barrel to be safe. You’re looking at about .017” on the walls(at most) where .025 is the absolute minimum for safety reasons(my math might be off but you can ask the pros like Bobby Hoyt, he’ll agree. You need at least an inch barrel for .58. Sorry to be Debby downer
