I recently purchased an Investarms Hawken style .58 with a 15/16" barrel. The rifle shoots pretty good when it goes off. The hammer does not strike the nipple centered. Someone before must have tried to fix this by drilling out the snail and adding a helicoil. Does anyone sell a new breech with which I could replace this one? I think I need to heat and bend the hammer to strike center as well.

It is an Investarms barrel and not a Green Mountain drop in replacement? They had a period where they were selling barrels with Helicoils.

It is an investarms barrel. Will a lyman breech plug fit? If so, where can I buy one or is there an after market plug available?
