Quality and long term durability is superb, and Pedersoli has good customer service and parts availability. Their guns are proofed and built to last as shooters, not wall hangers. Good luck fixing your Indian sweatshop seamless pipe gun when it eventually gives out.

So a gun that has been formally proofed is better than every thing else? No American guns are proofed. Guess that means American made are wall hangers? Try to get Thompson Center to honor it's life time warranty!

American colonial long rifles, banged out over dark dank forges in lean-tos with no other heat by 12 yr old apprentices whose only pay was room and board. Hand filed each piece to make a rifle, now worth thousands. Talk about sweat shops.

seamless pipe? Drink any more Koolaid peddled by manure spreaders? Have any proof? Confused with Denix guns maybe?

I have had four India made guns three percussion and one flintlock. Far better flint lock than any flintlock ever peddled by Thompson Center.
