62 Caliber Northwest Trade Pistol, Flintlock, Smoothbore, Sitting Fox on Lock and Barrel. Walnut stock has dents and dings from use. Stock has a crack that was repaired forward of the lock on the top. Octagon to round tapered barrel is 1" at the breech and 3/4" at the muzzle. Bore has a matte finish but is not rusty or pitted (reasonably bright). Barrel is held in by two pins and the tang screw. Barrel has been bedded into the stock. Barrel and lock are both marked with a Sitting Fox, but I don't know what brand they actually are. Barrel is 10 1/4" long. Pistol weighs 2 lb 8 oz. Front bolt is a 10-32, back bolt is an 8-32. Trigger pull is about 2 lbs. Asking $800 shipped.
Thanks
Dave

FYI That Pistol is from Curly Gostomoski North Star Enterprise, but someone added a different trigger guard. Originally, they came with a brass trigger guard.
These pistols where offered in the early 1990's.
Good luck with your sale.

I’m not an expert, but I believe Curleys touch mark on the inside of the lock was the hunters star. I can’t quite tell what the symbol is inside the lock. Someone did a good job aging this one.

I have the same pistol that I bought from Curly. They were offered in the white and as a kit.
