This Fowler was built by Troy Stroh. It was built by him as an experiment to see how light he could build a gun and it still be comfortable. As a result this gun is a featherweight! She weighs just over 6lbs and is as comfortable as a pillow to shoot. The stock is decently figured cherry , for as much as cherry actually has figuring. The wrist broke while hunting during extremely cold weather. It has been professionally repaired by the maker and covered with the brass wrap. Everything else about the gun is right as rain. Bore is excellent, lock functions flawlessly. And the trigger is a dream.

I think I have the sister to this gun. Also by Stroh. Very thin wrist but intact, light and easy to carry. He builds a nice Fowler.
