I am pretty sure that the forces that barrel faced from 20MM Vulcan ammo were way more than anything a stout black powder charge will give it.

OH YA , NOT EVEN CLOSE ,YOU COULD LOAD THE BARREL HALF WAY WITH POWDER AND THE REST WITH LEAD AND YOU WOULD BREAK THE STOCK AND YOUR WRIST

THE BREECH PLUG HAS TO HOLD OUT TOO AND MINE IS 4140 AND EXTRA DEEP ,YOU CAN SEE THE FLASH HOLE RELIEF CUTOUT ON THE BREECHPLUG ON BORE PIC

fired six rounds without hitch bullet on top of bullet, i think i got the frizzen oily and couldnt get ignition doa!

i put a lott lock on this thing and know there is a direct replacement for these lott locks what is it abnd where do you find them?

I have access to some de-milled 30 mm warthog barrel. Barrel is till good just had the chamber cut off. Want to make another pistol? :rotf: How much would that ball weigh? The bore measures something like 1 3/16 inch across the grooves. Mike D.
