You can't go wrong with a Willyard knife. He is one of very few that I really respect in this arena of knifemaking. I regard him as a superior, but I keep trying. You have made a fine purchase that will serve you well.

You knife is the big brother to mine. I have one from Dominion Forge in the same pattern. Mine has a 4 1/2" blade and OA is 8 1/4". It is a fine piece of steel that takes a scary sharp edge. :shocked2:

Thanks to all you men for the comments!!!

Wick, I appreciate your opinion on Kyle's ability. Not being real schooled on the craft of knife making, I based my decision to go to him from the feedback that I read from others. As for your own work, I consider it superior as well.

NWTF, that is neat to hear. This one is scary sharp as well. I have 4 other forged knifes that I have aquired from this hobby/way of life, but this one is going to become my favorite. On another note, you have one outstanding collection of custom knifes from the pics that I have seen.
I always admire and appreciate the pics that you post.

Wick quit being so dang modest!! yer of the same caliber n make a great product. I am very jelous of all you guys that have found that nitch they excell in. I'm the poor guy that can do most anything needed with my hands but am a master at nothing. What I make suits hard use but you guys have a talent to put the grace n fine lines into your work. that is a fine knife to be sure n should end up as a family heirloom in the future

That sure is a dandy set and be careful and don't cut yourself! :cursing:
