It is duel purpose. I'm plannin to see how squirrely Ol' Doc is tomorrow.

Very, very fine. There is nothing quite like a long and slender squirrel rifle like that. They are in a class by themselves. Excellent job Roy, :hatsoff:

5lb of 000 buckshot (.350) for $23.50 + 2 1/2 lb of 3F = a whole lotta fun and tasty eatin'!

'Course I ain't quite ready to give up my .54 yet. 230 grains of .54 RB + 80 grains of 3F = a whole lotta tasty venison too.

Wow That is a nice rifle! To me its about as perfect combination as their can be! If I built one it would be like that I think, well the parts and configuration anyway, Im no gunsmith either :)

Thanks! I sure like it.

And she shoots better than I do. Here's 10 shots at 35 yards rested on a hay bale. The low right one, #5, was my fault. Forgot to pick my touch hole and got a fusey fizzler.

Lol, I so wanted to find a pic of that screaming squirrel on the Bridgestone commercial but I couldn't find a still pic. :haha:

Would you use this gun for deer or is .36 cal too small to do the job?

I'm sure a well placed shot would kill a deer, but in Illinois it would be illegal. Our minimum caliber for BP deer is .45. I'll keep using my .50 and .54 caliber rifles for deer.

A .36 is good medicine for anything up to coyote size.

Now that looks like a shooter to me. I sometimes think I should get into some of the smaller calibers and start shootin em' If you don't mind me askin how did you go about posting those pictures in here? I had a nice rifle built for me and I'd like to give the builder some credit by showing off the shooter he made for me.
