Electrician's screwdriver sets are hollow ground & will fit most "gun screws". The yellow & red handles look out of place in your muzzle loading kit so remove the handles & replace with a piece of antler, problem solved
 
One good use for a Dremel in gunsmithing is to put a sanding drum about 1/2” in diameter in it and sand down a screw driver bit in a hollow ground shape to fit narrow screw slots tightly.
