I want to tilt the lock on my TC Hawken to get a better alignment of the hammer and the nipple. It looks like TC uses a clear, soft, pliable material to make this adjustment at the factory.

I looked for it on the tcarms website but no luck. Would anyone know what it is and where I could find some?

Tilt the lock? That sounds like a shoddy way to fix an alignment problem. It can/will mess with the geometry of the lock. Shame on T/C!
I'd get the lock mounted square and then bend the hammer to get the nipple alignment.

Happened to a replacement Seneca hammer with me.Clamp bottom of hammer in vice with rubber or leather.Wrap the cap area in same and tighten with a large adj wrench.Twist the way you need to go.

bending the hammer slightly is far prefered. The way I align hammers is to remove them from the lock ,fasten the base in a vice with aluminum,or copper shims to prevent scarring, Then take a common propane torch and heat the middle of the hammer until red hot. Slide a box end wrench over the hammer end and bend in the direction desired. It is usefull to have a background sheet of metal with a mark on it so you can tel how much you move the hammer. It is very easy to overdo the bending. I have found that after making the bend a light spray of WD40 on the still hot hammer will give a nice finish to the hammers. Yes you can cold bend the hammers but since they are cast there is always a greater risk of breaking the hammers cold bending them. (And it usually takes a week to have tham ship you a replacement hammer. Trust me on this).

You could always send it back to TC to fix at no charge under lifetime warranty

The key is, as HD hinted, getting the lock mounted square first. Then, IF the hammer still needs alignment, bend it to fit.

Perhaps that's what the OP was trying to do by tilting the lock: get it mounted square.

Bending the hammer to fix misalignment caused by a poorly mounted lock is NOT the right thing to do.

Sounds like silicone caulk.
