Here is another one of my flat powder horns that is about 12 inches around the outside curve 3 inch and flattened to 1 inch. The applied tip is turned cow horn and base wood is curly maple with a forged iron strap staple and ring. A Federal Eagle is engraved on one side and a Celtic Heart is on the other. Another feature of this horn is the engraved bordering.

that's one of your best! I think what really sets it apart is the way the edge detailing comes up around the edge and almost meets ... this really brings out the natural geometry of the horn ... once again, you da man!!
