Ancient Ones of Maine Spring Rondy

Would like to take this time to invite you all to get rid of the last remnants of cabin fever. May 17,18,19 at our site in canton maine. Early setup is welcome. Free Rib eye steaks will be served at potluck on sat. Wood, and water is provided. This is called a rondy it has been since the 70s but the flavor is of 18th century east. Rifle and smoothbore woodswalks. I belive we are doing something with Pistol this year. Archery,tomahawk and knife events as well. This is a great time hope to see you folks there. 20.00 single membership and 25.00 for the family.

Just got off the phone with Bill Green he does a tv show called Bill Green's Maine.He will be filming an episode at our vous on Friday afternoon and evening. We could use a few more musicians to liven it up a bit. If you are waiting to be discovered heres your chance.Dress 1600's-1840, bring a rifle, fowler or instrument. You don't even need all your teeth :haha:

Ive got my stuff packed and this is my last day of work before vacation!! Gotta admit im pretty stoked since this will be my first rondy....would it be bad if i called into work with a bad case of BP Fever??

i can do that ....look for the guy in a linen shirt and a straw hat...and complately non PC/HC sunglasses...and ill say in advance its due to a medical condition...so yeah theyre so not coming off

well i can say that I wouldnt miss it for the world... For anyone that reads this post....ifyou live in the northeast....you really need to check out the ancient ones of maines' fall rondy...I went last week and it was great!! met some great people....had some great times...and even had a healthy dose of some fantastic white lightnin....you know who you are ! oh yeah....and i also droppped my keys in the outhouse, even got me a new nickname lol......not a pleasant experience i assure you
