This flinter is a 50 cal. Took the top of the heart off when I shot him in the brisket. He went about 45yds +- a few.

I really don't know if the rifle follows a specific pattern or not. The friend who built it just called them eastern long rifles. He built them to his ideas. All I really know is that is shoots very well, handles and balances well and fits me and is indeed a nice looking rifle.
