I see no signs of a cut off barrel lug or threads so I believe this is original flint though the hole is bigger than most. Tang is broken. I didn't clean the bore much but enough to get a look down without spider webs or anything and the rifling seems pretty strong still. It is .50 cal from groove to groove.
