Ah yes, found it, but it was on page 28. I thought I remembered the tool, actually had made one for myself after reading your posts, but it didn't work very good for me. Should I boil the antler before using it so the antler is softer? Thanks a bunch!
 
I have always scrimmed them as they are, however, I just directed the same question to some top notch craftsmen, and the suggestion that I got was to soak the antler in white vinegar for a couple of days. I am going to give that a try in the near future.
