I'm putting together a cook box for next summer, and knowing my self and circumstances of existence, I know I'll be putting stuff away wet and forgetting about it till the next event. So it would probably be a good idea for me to use some stainless "tinware"

I was going to order a bunch of stainless stuff including a side spout coffee pot from Avalon Forge, but unfortunately, they are no longer in business.

And finding a good coffee pot is very important....

So was hoping to get some recommendations for stainless reproductions that will pass the 5 yard squint once the shine is knocked off.

I took a look at the the usual suspects, and it looks like most of the stainless "tin" is Civil War era stuff.

So that leaves copper as the alternative.

Any recommendations for serviceable and readably available 18th century copperware?
