Not out of business, but changed owners and the webpage address is different. Original owner kept the accu-riser part so new guy moved the bag part of the business.

Wrong, get your facts correct, bought a bag from the booth in Friendship in September.
I contacted the owner of The Leatherman last night and ask if he was still in business?

word back in the summer said he was retiring and closing the doors, thanks for the rude reply!
That was two summers ago when he sold the business and he was talking about it three summers ago in friendship. He still comes to friendship to meet up with friends and shoots. He also helps man his old booth since he sold the business. New owner is a heck of a nice guy and working hard on coming up with new designs and materials. Same great products and high quality work.
