There was a realy good article on the Hall rifles in one of the gun magazines last year. It even told a story about a US Soldier using the breach block as a pistol in a bar fight! It was clear the soldier had only one shot but the ruffians in the bar could not decide who should recieve the one shot. The man doing the article actually showed shooting the block like a pistol! It was a good article about a piece of history for a modern gun magazine. I do apoligise that I can't find said article and I can't remember which publication it was in. Perhaps someone with a younger better organized brain can fill in these blanks. :thumbsup:
