What is the OD of the barrel at the front of the breech plug and the OD of the breech plug?
There needs to be enough wall thickness to assure the barrel will not fail at the threads and blow the breech off the barrel.

What a great way to utilize an old single shot barrel and get a flint smoothbore in the process.

I was just looking at a single shot 20ga i have and thought of the sleeve thing, a portion of barrel is a good thought.
