This is what I have been using for a patch knife.
Made by Russell GTreen river works # 35-230 stamped in handle.

I don't remember seeing one of that style before, but Russell Green River Works has been around since 1834 and has made LOTS of different styles.

That looks like one I have, but the blade has been re-ground (round tip) and handle textured,also the file cuts on the back
