Am a first time builder of muzzleloading rifles. Discovered this sight on a search. Have purchased videos and books on building muzzleloaders. Your sight has helped me 10 fold compared to those other sources. Learned a long time ago that there are two types of people in the world, givers and takers. Some people give more than they take and some take more than they give. Right now I am a very apprreciatitive taker. Hope as my knowledge increases in muzzleloading I will become a giver. Thanks again for all your help.

wallygater:I hope our site can provide any and all of the information you want.

Claude (the site owner) made the decision to add the Builders Bench after I suggested that we have it.
I had gone to some other sites and noticed that most of the people there, although very knowledgable of the subject were either reluctant to share the information or were sometimes downright scornful of those who asked simple questions.

Because I started building simple factory kit guns, and worked from there towards knowing some of the tricks which make building a rifle more enjoyable, I felt that it would be a great idea to share this knowledge.

The other builders on this site seem to share my feelings and I quite frankly am proud of the fact that we, the members of this site, are more than willing to answer both simple and complex questions. We don't belittle people for asking questions.

As I'm sure you know, there is more than one way to skin a cat, or to build a rifle.
After over 12 years in the building hobby, I still learn new, better ways of doing things on this site almost daily.

If you have a question, feel free to ask us.
