I just went looking and found this info from a 2012 auction...

Does it have the fast 1-21" twist as on the Parker Hale Volunteer? I'm wondering if it was made to compete against the Volunteer, which looks like a 2-band Enfield. The one you have looks more "Hawken like" to me -- and I like it!
