Since Austin & Halleck is out of business, who made the flintlock & percussion locks for them? I got a good deal on both rifles, but I would like to have spare locks for both. If I cannot get the original type locks, where do I go for close replacements?

A/H may still have spare parts. They did when I bought my rifles from them a couple months back. I bought a spare lock for each, a spare trigger assembly, and a couple spare frizzens. You might check with them. As for who made the locks, they are either made in Spain by the company who made their barrels, or made in the NAA production facility in Ogden Utah where the rifles were assembled. I don't know which. As of now, A/H is the only source of parts that I know of, so checking with them is all I can suggest.
