 Not very often do you find a company that will back up there products with service such as was demonstrated this past week. My Flintlock Mountain Rifles frizen broke just as I finished sighting in the rifle.I was devestated! This was Thursday two days prior to my first ever Rendezvous. I decided to call A&H to have them send a frizzen next day deliver if possible.I was transfered to Doug Evans and explained my situation to him and his response was "well its a good thing you called today. I'll send you a lock so you can have some extra parts and it will be on your porch tommorrow". I was stunned! and I think I said "wow" and thanked him very much for the fantastic service. Had the entire lock delivered Friday and made the Rendezvous and shot 21 of 34 . I just want to spread the Austin & Halleck Experience .

alot of people have been hard on them for what ever reason. I have nothin but good words for A&H
and am glad everything worked out for ya.

I've had good luck with Austin Halleck as well as Thompson Center. They are both first class companies that more than stand behind their rifles.

I too have nothing but good things to say about A&H. They were willing to bend over backwords to make me happy with my purchace, even to the extent of replacing it with a new one, just because the inside of the stock, were the lock was cut in, was a little rough. I smoothed it out, and it is just fine now.

I also bought an A&H, the stock had alot to be desired, called them they said they would replace, after 8 weeks, they sent my gun back with a stock that was worse than the original one. I would never buy another one.
