I bought this bag used a few years ago and I really like it and at my last shoot I noticed my ball starter poking through the bottom all the thread is coming undone and I don’t know if it’s worth it to get it fixed where to get it fixed from what I understand you have to turn the bag inside out so the whole bag would have to be deconstructedAny thoughts would be appreciated

Certainly worth saving if you like it. Not that difficult to do, the worst of it would be turning it inside out and then right-side in again.
DO, check a couple YouTube videos on saddle stitching,,,,
@Artificer has links to a couple good ones.
DO, back stitch through the same holes already there and jut continue along following the previous stitching,,, provided no leather has been ripped through.
DO NOT, use one of these,
One of these stitchers and some scrap leather. DIY.

This creates a "lock stitch," which is anything BUT locked. A properly done saddle stitch is far more durable and prevents continued unraveling if a stitch does happen to be cut.
Maybe place a loop elsewhere on the bag or strap for the starter,,,, or,,, develop a load that doesn't need it.
