Brown a pound of your favorite sausage set aside. Sautee' one large onion till translucent,mix with youre meat. In your dutch oven greese with butter or olive oil, whip 1/2 a dozen eggs with a little cream until frothy and pour in put your meat on top of eggs then layer green chiles cut in 1/2 lenghth ways,or canned green chilies till all covered, add a cup of shreaded stong flavored cheese or favorite taco cheese add 6 more frothed eggs, bake like bread in your coals about an hour and a half, or in an oven at 350 for the same time. do the match test to see if done.
