Eh....... :redface: ...... Do you have the link to William Cleator's work? I would really appreciate it and this time I'll make sure I get it in one of my folders.

P.S. I don't have a gun with a thin muzzle, but I am thinking of trying the wire wrap with my Brown Bess. Since it is thicker the muzzle than the originals, it may not break the wire, but I bet the temporary expansion of the barrel will stretch or unwind it bit.
